I/O Psychologist

Home

I am in my final year of graduate school in Psychology at Rice University, specializing in the Training research interest group with a focus on Industrial/Organizational psychology. My research stream focuses on adult learning, in both higher education and corporate training contexts, and employee development. I also conduct research in personnel selection, with a particular interest in innovative non-ability tests, such as situational judgment tests.

My primary advisor is Margaret Beier. I also frequently collaborate with Steve Motowidlo. In August 2012, I will be be an Assistant Professor of Management at Belmont University in the Massey Graduate School of Business and the College of Business Administration.
